Emma turned 9 just before Christmas, can you believe it?! She is getting all grown up and I am loving watching her mature and blossom.

Emma, I love you so much. You are a great helper and friend to me. You are kind and generous and so full of happiness and joy. You are the universe's most talented child. You're voice is from the angels and your dancing is beautiful, as well as your piano playing. Is there anything you can't do?!

Stay happy Emma. Remember who you are and always act accordingly.

I love you.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is always wonderful. we had a wonderful Christmas Eve program complete with family talent show and nativity program. Emma was Joseph, complete with beard, (she was not thrilled with that). Abigail was a shepherd and and Rebecca was an angelic angel. Garrett was an unhappy shepherd wearing his dads t-shirt. Emma sang a song, of course which was great and the spirit was there. It was what Christmas is about.

All the girls slept in our room on the floor because they weren't sure if they could handle sleeping elsewhere and not peeking. They got all that they could ask for. Emma's big gift was that her My Twinn doll was refurbished to look more like her and she got a bed and a bunch of clothes for it.
Abigail got an electric guitar with songbooks and Taylor Swift guitar picks. As soon as we move to California, she is going to start lessons. Rebecca got one of those cool little wiggle cars, and Garrett got a Cozy Coupe. I love to watch my children on Christmas. It is my favorite gift just for me.

I haven't uploaded pics yet, so I'll add those soon.
