Garrett's first haircut!

Okay, so I have really been dreading this day. I knew that Garrett's hair was getting really long, ( I could put pigtails in it), but I was afraid he wouldn't look like a baby anymore. I kept telling myself that I would wait until he was a year old and then cut it. However, it was getting kind of annoying. I couldn't keep it out of his face no matter how much gel I put in it. Mike suggested just buzzing it, but I was not too keen on that idea. So I took him to the salon and let the girl have free reign. I just told her I didn't want it shaved or buzzed and I wanted to be able to do different styles. Here are the before and after pictures. I don't know what I was so worried about. He is so handsome and still my little baby boy!

Our new park

Now that the weather is warming up, I love to take my kids to the park. Here in St. George, it seems like there is always a new park to try, and the new one is always trying to one-up the other parks. This new park is a major hit, especially with Emma and Abigail. It has some really funky and different attractions, including a water park, a catapult swing, a skateboard like thing and some spinning standers. I don't actually know what these things are called, but we gave them our own names. The pictures speak for themselves. Enjoy!
